1. Shipping area
We currently ship only to mainland Spain.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Balearic Islands.
Canary Islands.
Ceuta.
Melilla.
Countries outside Spain.
We are working to expand our shipping areas in the future.
2. Order preparation
Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we will start preparing your purchase.
The usual order preparation time is 2 to 5 business days.
This timeframe may vary slightly during periods of high demand, product launches, promotional campaigns, stock replenishment, or for products requiring specific preparation.
If any product is not immediately available, or if there is any issue that may affect the preparation time, we will contact you as soon as possible using the email address provided during the purchase.
3. Delivery times
Once the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time within mainland Spain will usually be 2 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the availability of the logistics operator.
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of THE MUSEUM CODE SL, such as carrier incidents, periods of high demand, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances.
4. Shipping methods
We mainly work with Correos, although we may use other logistics operators, such as SEUR or other transport services, depending on the destination, availability, shipping method selected or operational needs.
During the checkout process, the shipping options available at any given time will be displayed, together with their costs and estimated delivery times.
Available shipping options may include, subject to availability:
Standard shipping.
Premium or express shipping.
Other methods offered at checkout.
The availability of each shipping method may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and the applicable conditions at any given time.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise during the checkout process.
The exact shipping cost will be shown before the order is completed, depending on the shipping method selected and the rates available at that time.
THE MUSEUM CODE SL reserves the right to offer occasional promotions, discounts or free shipping for certain campaigns, products or minimum purchase amounts.
6. Order tracking
When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided during the purchase.
Whenever the logistics operator allows it, this confirmation will include a tracking number or link to check the status of the shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during the purchase is correct and active.
7. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct and up-to-date delivery address.
Before completing the order, we recommend carefully reviewing the shipping details, including:
Full name.
Street, number, floor, door or additional delivery information.
Postal code.
City and province.
Contact telephone number.
Email address.
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the package at the point indicated by the carrier, the costs arising from a new shipment, return or additional management may be borne by the customer.
8. Absence of the recipient or failed delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it may make a new delivery attempt, leave the package at a collection point, or follow the procedure established by the corresponding logistics operator.
The customer must pay attention to the carrier’s notifications and collect the package within the indicated period if it is deposited at a post office or collection point.
If the order is returned to THE MUSEUM CODE SL because it has not been collected, due to repeated absence or for any reason not attributable to the company, we may offer a new shipment, subject to payment of the corresponding costs.
9. Delivery delays
We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered within the estimated timeframes.
However, delivery times may be affected by external causes or circumstances beyond the control of THE MUSEUM CODE SL.
If we detect a relevant issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you believe that your order is suffering an unusual delay, you can write to us at contact@themuseumcode.com, indicating your order number.
10. Orders damaged during transport
If you receive a visibly damaged package, we recommend that you inform the carrier at the time of delivery, whenever possible.
In addition, you must contact us as soon as possible at contact@themuseumcode.com, indicating:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Photographs of the outer packaging.
Photographs of the damaged product.
Photograph of the shipping label.
We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a solution in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
11. Products unavailable or pending restock
Although we try to maintain availability of our products, in certain cases a size, model, colour or reference may not be immediately available.
If the product purchased cannot be prepared within the usual timeframe, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and offer you, as appropriate:
To wait for the product to be restocked.
To exchange it for another available product.
To cancel the order and receive the corresponding refund.
We will not replace products without your consent.
12. Shipping limitations
We currently only accept orders with a delivery address in mainland Spain.
If an address outside the available shipping area is entered during the checkout process, the order may be rejected, cancelled or refunded.
If an order with a destination outside mainland Spain is accepted by mistake, THE MUSEUM CODE SL reserves the right to cancel it and refund the customer for the amounts paid.

1. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the end of that period by sending an email to contact@themuseumcode.com indicating:
Full name.
Order number.
Product you wish to return.
Date on which you received the order.
Collection or return address, if applicable.
You may also use the model withdrawal form included at the end of this policy, although its use is not mandatory.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you will have an additional period of 14 calendar days to return the product to us.
2. Conditions for accepting a return
In order for us to accept a return, the product must be in suitable condition:
Unused, except for what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics or size.
Unwashed.
Free from damage, stains, odours, tears or signs of use.
With its original labels, if applicable.
In its original packaging or in suitable packaging that protects it during transport.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Without the QR code associated with the product having been scanned, activated or used.
The scanning, activation or use of the QR code associated with the product will be considered effective use of the product and may prevent the return from being accepted, except in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, or an error attributable to THE MUSEUM CODE SL.
We reserve the right to reject the return or apply a proportional reduction to the refund if the product has suffered depreciation due to handling other than what is necessary to check its characteristics, size or condition.
3. Personalised or made-to-order products
Returns due to withdrawal will not be accepted for products that have been personalised, configured or manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, unless they have a manufacturing defect or there has been an error attributable to THE MUSEUM CODE SL.
For these purposes, personalised products include, among others:
T-shirts or other items with unique QR codes or codes specifically configured for the customer.
Products with designs, names, texts, images, links, profiles, digital content or configurations indicated by the customer.
Products manufactured or printed individually on demand.
Products whose QR code has been scanned, activated, linked to digital content or used by the customer.
This exception does not limit the consumer’s rights in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
4. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us as soon as possible by writing to contact@themuseumcode.com and including:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
Any other information that may help us review the incident.
If we verify that the product is defective, has arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly, we may offer you, as appropriate:
Replacement of the product.
Repair, if possible.
Full or partial refund.
Another solution agreed with you.
In these cases, the reasonable costs of return or replacement will be borne by THE MUSEUM CODE SL.
5. Size or model exchanges
Currently, exchanges of size, colour or model are subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, you must write to contact@themuseumcode.com indicating the order number and the requested exchange.
For non-personalised products, we may accept exchanges provided that the product meets the conditions set out in this policy.
For personalised or made-to-order products, or products whose QR code has been scanned, activated or used, exchanges due to size, colour, model or customer preference will not be accepted, except in the case of a defect, an error in the order or a cause attributable to THE MUSEUM CODE SL.
6. Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective, incorrect or there has been an error by THE MUSEUM CODE SL, the direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
The customer may return the product using the transport method of their choice, provided that it allows the shipment to be tracked and the product to be delivered correctly to the indicated address.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our premises.
7. Refunds
Once we have received the returned product, we will inspect its condition and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.
The refund will include the price of the product and, where legally applicable, the standard shipping costs paid for the initial purchase. Additional costs resulting from the customer having chosen a more expensive shipping method than the standard method offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within the legally applicable period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until the customer provides sufficient proof of having returned them.
Please note that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take several additional days to reflect the amount in your account.
8. Returns not accepted
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Personalised products or products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, except in the case of a defect or error attributable to THE MUSEUM CODE SL.
Products whose QR code has been scanned, activated, linked to digital content or used.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, stained or show clear signs of use.
Products without suitable packaging when they arrive damaged due to being poorly protected during return shipping.
Products returned without having previously communicated the return request.
Products that do not correspond to a purchase made through our website.
9. Undelivered orders or incorrect addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, repeated absence of the recipient or failure to collect the package at the point indicated by the carrier, we may offer a new shipment, subject to payment of the corresponding shipping costs.
If the order is returned to THE MUSEUM CODE SL for reasons not attributable to the company, the shipping and return costs may be deducted from the amount to be refunded, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
